More Is Not Always Better
Recently we had a customer purchase PronTech to use on his farm. He asked the typical questions, how do I apply the product, how much water do I need, etc. I asked my client several times, before I sent him home with PronTech, if he understood how to use it and if he needed any help. He reassured me he understood what to do, but if he had any questions he would call. That was last week so I thought I would give him a quick visit to see how he liked PronTech and to see how well it worked for him. When I arrived at his farm I noticed he still had an ammonia problem (not too bad, but still noticeable). I then began to ask the gentleman the steps he took in his use of PronTech. He followed the instructions of applying PronTech perfectly, however (and this is a big however), he thought he would use another product before he used PronTech. More the Merrier, right? In this case NO. With PronTech we must be sure the other chemicals it is used with are compatible. Prontech is cationic (positive charge). If you use a product that is anionic (negative charge) they cancel each other out. My client, without realizing it, cancelled out any effectiveness he would have gained from using PronTech. More is not always better, therefore we must always be prudent in our application of any product- especially with PronTech, otherwise both time and money are wasted. For any questions regarding the use of PronTech feel free to contact us and we will do whatever we can to help you. And remember... The only bad question is the one never asked!
